Gooey caramel centred chocolate cookies

SIDENOTE you will need a syringe to eject the caramel inside the cookies but if you dont have that you can use a medicine one!

You will need for 10 cookies:
200g butter
300g sugar
1 large egg
275g self-raising flour
A little dash of milk
Half a bar of chocolate (your choice)
Homemade or if your lazing shop brought caramel

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 4.
2. Then cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Crack the egg in to your bowl and whisk together .
4. Sieve the flour and coco powder little at a time mixing it in until it comes together into a ball of dough.
5. Combine the chocolate chunks into the cookie dough ball.
6. Divide your ball into 10 smaller balls and flatten them out on a baking tray you can fit about 4 on a tray.
7. For the gooey caramel centre inject the caramel into the centre of the cookie dough.
8. Bake your goodies for about 10 mins  but remember that they won't look done when you take them out of the oven if you want them to be gooey.

-Enjoy your LazyDay C xoxo
